The Master's Degree in Project Management, with a lifelong learning master's diploma, equips you with the essential managerial and technical skills needed to effectively lead complex projects. Additionally, this master's program prepares you to take the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification exams.

Develop the needed leadership skills and technics to manage the human and materials resources necessary for the development of a particular Project.
OBJECTIVE 3.
PMP CERTIFICATION TRAINING
Acquire the necessary knowledge to take the PMP®/PMI-ACP® exams through the participation on specific bootcamps and the 100% aligned content with the last version of the PMBOK®Guide.
OBJECTIVE 4.
STRATEGIC REASONING
Develop your capacity to thinking strategically and positioning competitively the managed projects.
Titulación obtenida
After successfully finishing the Master's degree, and having completed the relevant procedures, you will receive the Master's degree from OBS Business School. In addition, and provided that you meet the established academic and administrative requirements, you will obtain a Lifelong learning Master's degree from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).
In order to obtain it, you must have a university degree. In the exceptional case of not having this degree and having passed the Master's evaluations, you will obtain a Higher University Diploma from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB).
