Global Master in International Management

The business world has no borders, and neither should your education. The Esade Global Master in International Management is a transformative 15-month experience for graduates who want to truly understand the world, not just read about it. 

Go beyond traditional management theory. This program combines rigorous academics with an immersive experience in Dubai or Hong Kong, equipping you with the agility to lead in an ever-changing global landscape.

Are you a global citizen? This program is designed for recent graduates (0–2 years of experience) with a background in Management or Economics who are driven by curiosity and ambition.

1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. Fluency in English

3. A high score in the Esade Admissions Test, GMAT or GRE

English, plus optional classes in Spanish, German, French, and Mandarin.

Although consulting, in the public or private sector, is the most common career path for graduates, the program also prepares you for diverse international roles.

You will be able to pursue management positions in multinational companies in areas such as general management, human resources, finance, operations, or international marketing. You'll also be ready to work in government or public institutions, contributing to international cooperation and trade promotion, where your global understanding and cross-cultural sensitivity are essential.

Alternatively, you might choose to drive innovation and implement new business ideas within multinational companies while embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.

International Experience: 10 weeks abroad combining academic study at a top-tier partner university (AUD or HKU) with a real-world Global Challenge in Dubai or Hong Kong.
