The MIB is based around the four fundamental elements of a successful international business education: functional methods and techniques, personal development, the importance of strategic information decision-making, and any aspect corresponding to creativity and innovation. They are all crucial to establish roles in today’s multinational and multicultural firms engaged in the constantly evolving world of global business.

No business person can develop all of his or her creative potential in isolation. At EAE we use specialised management and interaction techniques in group designed to enhance business management skills and increase the productivity of work groups within a firm.

The MIB combines academic excellence with an in-depth practical business knowledge and business planning. In addition, we also provide our students with a wide range of visits to companies, and lectures with managers and top executives from successful corporations.

Today’s business people need to know and use a wide range of management techniques. It is necessary to be aware of the most up-to-date theoretical knowledge and real market trends. Management programmes at EAE are oriented to:

Develop the competencies necessary to lead corporate initiatives.
Obtain a global vision of the company and apply managerial skills.
Analysis and decision making in a changing corporate environment.
Interaction, communication and team work.
The quality of EAE diverse and independent student body complements the excellence of its faculty. Most students are Europeans and many European countries are represented.

* The course schedule may be subject to change.

Objetivos:
BE AN EFFICIENT INTERNATIONAL MANAGER

Rapid changes in the business world require the most up-to-date methodology and techniques for our students so that they become effective and competitive managers.

UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF CHANGE

Changes in economic, social and technological areas are influencing the organisational structure of companies. Advances in communication and technology and the development of developing countries have promoted greater competition in western countries.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Faced with the challenges of the European market as well as the steady march towards a global economy, executives need to adapt their perspective, without losing touch with their own values and cultures. Although competition is not the only relevant condition for the survival of a company, it is a necessary condition.

TRAINING LEADERS

It is the general objective of the MIB to train leaders who:

can evolve within the heart of complex diverse organisations,
are flexible and able to change to deal with new technologies, the appearance of new markets and social evolution,
are open minded and receptive, communicative and creative,
assume the role of team leaders and pioneers,
take decisions that depend as much on their leadership abilities as on their skills as strategic thinkers.
Students who pass the course examination and have an accredited university degree by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science will obtain the degree from EAE Business School, the degree from UCJC university (Universidad Camilo José Cela) and the “Diplome de Formation Supérieure au Management” from IPAG-Institut de Préparation à l’Administration et la Gestion.
