The international tourism industry requires increasingly better trained professionals in order to manage client demands for quality and innovation. After seven years of experience and more than ninety graduates from the Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management, we have received official recognition from the Spanish government through the Autonomous Community of Madrid. We are pleased to present the Fifth Edition of the International Master’s in Hotel Management, which is part of the Accredited Graduate Programs of Universidad Europea de Madrid.

• Discussions and meetings with hotel managers and sector professionals.
• Visit to the International Tourism Trade Fair, FITUR.
• Free attendance to all conferences and seminars organized by Universidad Europea de Madrid (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Tourism Technology & Communication, etc.).
• Special Module “Invictus”, learning New Management Skills from MAKEATEAM
• Restaurant training with expert and consultants in tradicional and creative cuisine.
• Enology training to be able to design creative wine lists, a new trend in the restaurant sector.
FINAL PROJECT
The third Module consists of a Final Project in which students define and present their news business ideas. Projects are evaluated in a comprehensive way, looking for a student’s ability to apply the content and skills learned in Modules I and II, as well as innovative aspects in his/her proposal.
The Final Project also tests a student’s communication skills, since he/she must show conviction in explaining and defending the Project before an Oral Defense Committee. Both the griten and oral presentations must be done in English.
The scheduling of this Final Project —in the third Module— is crucial, given the international components of the Master’s program.
INTERNSHIPS
Both, national and international internships are offered. This period comprises 500 hours mandatory of practical training in a Spanish or international hotel by virtue of an educational agreement with Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and several hotel chains.
Internship schedules will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the industry offers.
Total mandatory hours: 500.
